Terms of sale for Vale Collective.

1. Who we are
Vale Collective is operated by Margarida Santarém.
Vale is your seller for the products offered on this website. Shopify is the checkout and payment provider, and Printful is the production and fulfilment provider. Neither of them becomes your seller by handling those services.
2. Orders, prices, and payment
The information shown before you submit an order matters.
- • Prices, taxes, shipping, and payment details are shown before submission through the checkout flow.
- • Your order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request, not final acceptance.
- • Final acceptance occurs only when Vale confirms the order can be fulfilled.
- • Vale may contact you if a product, material, or size selection cannot be fulfilled as ordered.
To place an order, you must have legal capacity to enter into the purchase or be acting with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Product information and personalisation
Please review spelling, mission, dates, size, colour, and any custom text carefully.
You are responsible for checking the information you submit for personalisation. Vale is responsible when the production result does not match the confirmed selection, but not for customer spelling or other input mistakes.
Product materials, blank stock, and finishing methods may vary in reasonable ways. Screen colour and placement can vary slightly from device previews and production images.
4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by the Shipping page and checkout estimate.
Products are normally made to order. Shipping restrictions, transit time, taxes, and estimated delivery depend on the destination and service chosen at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only.

Your statutory conformity rights remain in place and are not limited by these terms. Eligible returns, personalised-product exclusions, defect handling, and the return process are described in more detail in the Returns Policy.
6. Intellectual property and lawful use
Please only submit lawful and authorised custom text.
Vale’s artwork, layouts, logos, and product presentation remain protected by intellectual-property law. If you provide custom text or personalisation, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe or misuse third-party rights.
Vale may refuse unlawful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or clearly infringing custom content.
7. Liability and governing law
Portuguese law governs these terms, without removing mandatory consumer protections.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law. Liability wording is always read subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence where those rights apply.
